Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the associate who helped me but I had an amazing experience buying my first watch at the Fairfield commons location 11/23/25. Xavier was the soul of courtesy, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped me when I was so out of my depth matching a pendant with a necklace for my anniversary.
