Good service took a while to purchase but was still quick with nice employees

My wife and I went into the store multiple times so she could look at and try on diamond stud earrings. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted in the beginning and was looking at multiple pairs at multiple different stores. She finally settled on what she wanted finding 3 different sets at 3 different stores. All were similar in stone size, clarity, and setting. The difference was the people! Elijah and Delaney were incredible. Very helpful and kind. Explaining and answering every question my wife had. They were both incredibly patient and not pushy in the slightest. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience buying my wife her dream earrings. If there’s anything you’re looking for I would absolutely suggest giving Elijah a chance to earn your business. You won’t be sorry!

This is our Go To place for jewelry. They have a great selection in store and anything else you could want for order from their main office and they also offer custom pieces which they are amazing at. The manager, Jim, is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very helpful and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you want. Any issues we have had in the past 16 years of doing business with them, have been resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. If you are looking for a jeweler who will provide excellent service during and after the sale with beautiful pieces, this is the place!

Very patient and understanding with my son’s wants and needs

Brad is great!!! My other half is not the easiest to work with and Brad knows just how to sell to him!! We drive over 2 hours just to deal with Brad. Love this store!
