I went to many other jewelers and Rodgers & Hollands was the only place that made me feel like more then just another customer. Courtney at the Portage location as fantastic! She took the time with me to help me find what I really wanted. Other places just showed me a few items and didn't have in-stock what I was looking for. I was very impressed and will recommend everyone I know to go there and work with her. She was so much fun to go through this process with too. She bad upgrading my wedding ring fun and exciting! Great customer service! I have been looking for a watch for some time and didn’t want to order online. Roger & Hollands Jewelers ended up being the only place that had it in-stock in their store.
