They have a great selection in store and anything else you could want for order from their main office and they also offer custom pieces which they are amazing at. The manager, Jim, is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very helpful and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you want. Any issues we have had in the past 16 years of doing business with them, have been resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Lori did an amazing job. I stopped at multiple places looking to purchase a diamond and have it set in my wife’s wedding ring. At all of those stops I was met with almost snobbish attitudes.
