I’ve now been here a couple times and have bought two watches and I have had a pretty good experience overall. My first watch was sold to me by Madison I believe her name was and she was very nice to me but to be honest she wanted me to buy something more than I did. I came home on Black Friday that night with my first watch and I still have it and absolutely love it. I came back over a year later for my second one to be greeted by Madeline and Bill which they both felt pretty friendly to me. Madeline was very nice and Bill was super down to earth with me which I appreciate. I bought a watch and didn’t like it so I came back a few days later to exchange it for another Bulova which I love and it wasn’t too much of a hassle. I didn’t want to spend as much as I did but Bill found me the perfect watch so I bit the bullet. Overall I do like this place and do recommend it and the only reason for the 4 stars is because I did feel pressured at times to buy something but I do really like this place and the people. I will be back and thank you!

Excellent customer service, Jim was amazing to work with ensuring I found the perfect settings and stones for me. I was very impressed by the blossom cut diamonds I was shown and ended up choosing them for the wedding band I purchased! Jim worked hard to get me the best deal, never pressed me beyond my budget or tried to sell me on anything I didn’t want. I will be sure to return for future jewelry purchases!

My husband and I bought our wedding bands here and the service and jewelry are amazing. The staff actually listens and find pieces that fit both taste and pockets!! I will shop here for my jewelry needs.

Saheala was very personable, competent and helpful. I had my wedding ring, which was previously purchased there, cleaned and checked. She did an excellent job. The ring looks so much better.
