This is about my recent purchases. First, let me talk about my ring. I’m so happy with it! I get so many compliments, and it’s amazing. My husband did a fantastic job, and this is my third upgrade. I want to thank you all for your wonderful buy-back program. It allowed us to get this beautiful piece. On a plane, in the light, it sparkles so much! Enough about my ring. I apologize for forgetting her name our salesperson and not having the sales paper. But wow, and kudos to her! We also went to two different stores to buy something for my grandbaby. One of our regular stores informed us about the warranty, so we purchased it. The other store didn’t, and we lost the back of the earring. Now, we can’t buy the same back. Fortunately, the lady in the other store informed us about the warranty, so we would have bought it anyway, just like we do with all our orders. Other than that minor issue, the service we’ve received has been great. Wish I had pictures on my grandbaby gifts.
