Woodfield Mall

Tonight my husband and I went shopping for graduation gifts for our sons. We had an idea of what we were looking for but unsure of where to go. We looked at several jewelry stores where we were ignored or blown off. We decided to try 1 last store, Rogers and Hollands on our way out of the mall. We looked around and liked what we saw so we waited a short time for help. Rae helped us pick out wonderful gifts for our sons and was so sweet. Literally the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Emilio also helped us and he too was the kindest & sweetest salesman. We showed them pictures of our boys and talked about college,etc. We even hugged at the end of our purchase! We will definitely be back anytime we need jewelry. Its not often anymore you get such wonderful and caring customer service and we are truly blessed in meeting them tonight. ❤️❤️

Amanda was the best very knowledgeable and was so patient with me. Wasn't sure if I wanted the ring below or the 2 carot. Decided on the 2 1/2 carot and was given a wonderful price.
