West Towne Mall

Would rate 10 stars if I could! I started at the East Towne mall location to familiarize myself with engagement ring basics. The staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly. While my initial experience was great, I was still weary to buy right away. No unnecessary pressure was put on me to buy. I then went to a few other jewelry stores in the area. I didn't have the best customer service experiences and was finding that the prices were generally higher with more strict and limited warranties. I knew that I had to go back with Roger & Hollands. This brings me to the West Towne mall location. There was nothing wrong with the East side location, this location was just a bit more convenient for me. I was working with a very tight turnaround time and had a very specific ring preference. I brought up all my needs to Bill, and he did an absolutely phenomenal job finding exactly what I was looking for. Bill was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect of the purchasing process. My fiance and I are very happy with the ring, and we can't wait to come back to get the wedding band!

I have never been to this store before and well i probobly wont go anywhere else expecially kays. The all star here is Bill. He is i great friendly guy that was nice and easy to talk to. He found us exactly what we wanted and helped to make it as affordable as possible. Very knowledgeable great 1rst experience. Ben was also very helpful as well. If you want to go somewhere where they actually care come here.

William was so helpful with what we wanted. I am very very indecisive and he figured me out we walked out with 2 rings for me and my fiance and a chain for me. Ben was also very helpful I think he realized how unsure I was and both gentlemen helped us! They were both very knowledgeable about what they were selling us and i felt more comfortable when buying from them! Thank you guys!!!
