I had a wonderful experience at Ashcroft & Oak thanks to Athena! Even though I wasn’t making a purchase yet, she took the time to help me explore different engagement ring styles, sizes, and options so I could figure out what I liked best. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. She made the whole experience fun and comfortable, and I truly appreciated how helpful she was every time I came in. Purchased a beautiful Coach watch for my fiancé. Customer service was unmatched and price was unbeatable. Everyone was extremely professional.
