Jaron was wonderful helping me purchase a new ring! I was indecisive and having her show lots of different items and she was incredibly patient and kind. I left to contemplate and I came back a few hours later and bought my ring from her! The ring itself is beautiful and I can’t wait to get it back from sizing! Highly recommended!

My fiancé and I went into the store to find our wedding bands. Our salesperson was Chelsey Altman. She was very patient and helpful with us. Her and the management at this location are very kind folk. I would suggest this jeweler to anyone.

Ashcroft & Oak I had such a great experience here! Jaron and Maria were both amazing — they helped me pick out a watch for my husband and were so patient and kind. They were also super sweet to my kids, even giving them some candy while I shopped, which made the whole visit even better! They took the time to tell me about the sales going on, and Colleen and Alex also jumped in with their opinions on which watch they liked best. I appreciated everyone’s input and ended up choosing the perfect one. The store was spotless, and the entire team was polite, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely recommend! 💛⌚️
