The jeweler who helped me was very patient and kind. We had to do several resizings for my engagement ring which was stressful but they were able to communicate with me through the whole process; which took several weeks. I greatly appreciated their help and being to get to a resolution so that I can wear my ring!!

Maria was absolutely amazing- she was kind and knowledgable. We wanted Portuguese cut diamonds for earrings and a necklace. She was able to order them in quickly and help us select the settings we wanted. Great experience, the jewelry is beautiful, and we will gladly be returning customers.

I can’t say enough about this store and company. I wanted to surprise my husband with an upgrade to his wedding band. I started on their website. I couldn’t find the same one as I saw in store. I clicked the chat icon thinking oh great another chatbot. I will say best customer service online ever. Ay-ling Lunsford went above and beyond to help me. I did end up ordering it in the store just because I was at the mall. Ma. Lunsford had already helped me get approved for Progressive Leasing and Jaron and Marie at the store continued helping me with the leasing process. They were amazing at the store helped answer all my questions and made it a worry free buy. This store has the best in store service I’ve ever had. The customer service online I had with Ay-ling was amazing. Thanks for making the buying process great online and in the store!

I recently customized an engagement ring for my now fiance and it has exceeded both of our expectations everyone was super helpful and patient with me I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful piece of jewelry!!

I visited Ashcroft and Oak Jewelers today and saw some of the most beautiful pieces of jewelry! I enjoyed looking at some pieces for fun today as usual when I go shopping but it was my first time here. I definitely plan to go back to visit the staff, these ladies were beyond kind and they knew there diamonds! There are so many options to choose from, this place is worth a visit!

I took my mothers wedding ring and my grandmothers earrings to other jewelry stores and asked to add the diamonds from the earrings onto the ring with the design I made, I was told it was not possible at all and that they’d make me a whole new ring for well over my price range. I stopped over at this store and talked to Maria Stengel their store manager she was super nice and knew It was 100% possible and it was so much more affordable. I picked up my ring today it’s beautiful and everything I imagine. This store has affordable prices and wonderful customer service I highly recommend it, they really do make dreams come true.

Sometimes it’s just a smile that makes you take a look at jewelry. I met two staff people that were really nice and know what they are doing. Very nice atmosphere.
