I walked in with a few of my watches. Five to be exact. I waited in line and then spoke with Kyle. He was very honest and very polite and professional. I said I needed the batteries changed and to have them cleaned. He said it would take some time, but he would call me when they were done. To be honest it didn’t take long enough. I was out running some extra errands and he called me way earlier than I had expected. I went and spoke with him again pick them up. The price was great. The service was over the top and Kyle is a top-notch employee. I would recommend anybody to go there and work with Kyle if the other employees or anything like him, you’ll have a great experience.
Kyle not only was knowledgeable and polite but he was funny as well. Truly great experience!
