Kelley helped my boyfriend and I get started in learning everything we need to know about purchasing an engagement ring. She provided phenomenal customer service and made us feel so comfortable learning and asking questions. Other places we’ve been to did not give us that experience and her knowledge and genuine care to get us the right ring for what exactly we want was unparalleled. She was so patient and kind. We probably talked to her for 45 minutes and never felt pressured or rushed. She explained the purchase process is such a straightforward way and we could tell she truly cared.
