OMG my watch that my husband bought me just 6 months ago fell as I was taking it off and broke a link and I thought it was over but I had the pieces and a extra link I had taken out so we brought it in to see if it could be fixed. They could have sent it off however we had the most amazing help from Micah who took all the pieces and was able to fix my watch. Micah worked really hard to try and fix my watch and succeeded. When I tell you how much I appreciated this. We were instantly relieved and I was am so happy. Micah is a keeper and deserves a raise. Thank you Micah for helping us and going above and beyond to make your customers day. You literally saved the day. This will be one of the reasons we continue to come to Ashcroft and Oak.

Cece and all the staff are amazing! We had a fantastic experience and a beautiful ring. Fast turn around on the resizing, couldn’t be happier! Where is the 6th star? Highly recommend.

Thank you CeCe and Megan!!! Originally came in for someone else and ended up finding a ring i loved. I was able to do a trade in and also do the December sale. CeCe was great help, worked with my husband and I on finding other items to complete our purchase! Still cannot believe the deal i got and the beautiful items we purchased.
