Jason, the store manager, was super helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We were struggling to find a wedding band to match my unique engagement ring. Although we were from out of town (5 hours from home), he discussed several options and offered a suggestion I never thought I'd consider and it was the perfect band to compliment my engagement ring...so much we bought 2 (one as an anniversary band)! He not only cleaned my engagement ring, but all my other rings. He went above and beyond. I wish there was an Ashcroft & Oak near me in central PA!
