Came here on Black Friday and found a beautiful ring, but needed it sized. Unfortunately, I was leaving the city the next day. It so happened that their jewel smith happened to come by the store and Abbie (sp?) who was helping us, talked to him and he agreed to size the ring first thing next morning so that I could have it before I left town. Abbie was a delight to work with (as was Antonio who patiently rang up the bills). The whole team went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. Amazing experience!
