The customer service was great. I found a necklace a few months ago and I asked Michelle if I could change one of the stones and she was more than happy to help me. Came back on Black Friday purchased it and showed them what I wanted and the quote Michelle gave me and they're making it happen. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Sam did a great job yesterday helping me find exactly what I needed. The service was great, Sams attitude and professionalism was 5 star and I will continue to do business. I typically use the Youngstown store, but with as often as I am in Columbus, and now found one there, I would prefer to do my business with this team over Youngstown.
