Great Customer service, I went into the store to browse not expecting to buy anything until I noticed the watch selection. I asked if I could try on a few pieces and Piper, the sales associate assisted me and was so helpful and polite. She wasn’t pushy, or impatient. She showed me multiple watches and even said she could take a few links out to make it fit to my liking. I will definitely be going back to purchase more jewelry. I also met the store manager Chris, who was equally as nice and kind. It’s refreshing to see top tier customer service. Thank you 😊

My fiance and I went in to get wedding bands. Jack helped us out and made the whole experience easy, fun and exciting! We did not feel rushed or pushed into anything. He was super helpful with helping us choose the perfect ring that fit's us.
