Let me start off by saying how amazing Sherry and Dawn are. My husband bought a watch yesterday and Sherry was very quick to attend to us, very professional, informative and friendly. At checkout we mentioned how we had a terrible experience at Macy’s with a different watch I bought for my husband. Right away she was kind enough to try and help us out fix it. Dawn jumped in to help due to this watch being a little more complicated, unfortunately she informed us that the people at Macy’s messed it up and suggested we go back to talk to them right away. If it weren’t for them helping us we could have walked out with a watch that could break at any moment. I am so greatful for them helping us, making our overall experience a great one and helping us to fix a problem someone else made.

Went to Roger & Hollands in the joliet mall and purchased a watch for my self. The employees sherry and Dawn were very good to me great customer service, they seized the watch to a nice fit to my wrist. And I had also had them seized a same brand watch that my fiance had gotten me for Christmas, because where she had bought it for me they tried seizing it for me but they failed miserably they even lost parts of it in the process but Dawn was able to get done for me!

Dawn was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. Went in shopping for an engagement ring with specific parameters and we felt hear and understood. We had looked at a couple other companies but Dawn's knowledge reassured me that we were in the right place. Even though we got my engagement ring and both wedding bands were able to stay in our budget. Their holiday sales were an incredible deal! I haven't been able to stop staring at my ring, we will definitely be back if we need anything else. Thank you for helping us start this new chapter in life!
