Sometimes I find jewelry stores overwhelming. I found Rogers and Hollands to be friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Although everyone who waited on me or called me was kind and helpful, most of my business was done with Jules. I wanted jewelry pieces repaired--pieces I loved, yet needed care. She was great! She always sent the rings in for an estimate, which came back quickly. The work was perfect. Jules ordered a gem for me to put in a setting that also needed work. If I did not like the Smoky Quartz gem suggested, she would send it back. I loved it! Presently, they have sent off a bracelet that needs more than the normal repair. I am waiting to hear of the estimate for that. I can truly say I was never pushed and never hurried. I will go nowhere else.
