I can’t say enough great things about Sue and her team at Roger’s & Holland in Woodfield! There were other jewelers that we visited beforehand where we felt we were bothering the staff, just by asking to take a look around. It was the exact OPPOSITE experience at Roger’s & Holland. From the moment my now fiancé and I walked into the store on a busy Sunday afternoon, we were welcomed with open arms and were given great assistance in determining the cut/size that would work best. We came in and worked with Sue Harding. She is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly, warm, personable, and she really cares about making customers happy. My boyfriend and I were shopping for his anniversary gift and were looking for something he could wear on our anniversary trip in which we were leaving for in 2 days. We found a necklace that he liked, but it was too short for his liking. The in-house jeweler was able to add two inches onto it in less than 20 mins and it was an absolute lifesaver. Both the Jeweler and Sue were lifesavers and we are so happy that we went into R&H as our first and last stop. Thank you so much Sue!
