This wasn't great sale. I felt welcome to the store. The jeweler dealt with me very nicely and asked me questions. I felt like I got exactly what I was looking for. I feel like I got a deal
I was at the 'Restyling Event' although the jeweler said he could not do what I wanted the employee kept working/talking with me about different arrangements and we finally agreed to something that I am hoping both of us will be pleased with. I also bought an item in the case, the sale was great.

I purchased my husband’s wedding ring from Rogers and Hollands a couple of years ago. Since that time, he’s lost weight and the wedding ring no longer fit. I went back to Rogers and Hollands to get him a ring that fit. Carol helped us and she was amazing! She helped us find and get the correct size ordered.
