The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today!
