We bought our set in 2009, so we have been customers for a decent amount of time. About a month ago, I went to the Mid Rivers location to simply have my rings cleaned and inspected, and did not have a decent time there, she wouldn't clean or inspect them, and was trying SO hard to have me trade them in, wanted to send the rings off to corporate, couldn't give me an estimate to dip them, and I had to demand my rings back and leave. A few weeks later, I called this store, asking if policies really did change, talked about my experience, and it was agreed that things sounded off. I went in, and Brandon was amazing! The 2 beautiful ladies there were also helpful! We talked about my experience, they helped me figure out about my rings, they cleaned, inspected, and polished them, they almost look like they were replated, he did so well! We talked about future ring plans, they explained some of the new jewelry things with me, and the overall experience was great! I will be back soon to build my motherhood ring, and when we hit 20 years of marriage, might even upgrade my original set!
