I recommend this place 100%!! One of the best places I’ve been. The staff were very nice and very helpful. I felt like they actually cared about me and listened to me!

I have closely worked with Justin over the last five years I will not go anywhere else. His customer service has been absolutely amazing. He goes above and beyond with sales. I have purchased several pieces through him every time I am in the Eau Claire location. I tend to find him because I have always had an honest, friendly positive experience I look forward to future purchases with Justin He goes above and beyond his position he has been more than a sales clerk. I have also witnessed him training other staff. He is beyond pleasant and knowledgeable. He is personal that is an asset to have in an every day business.

Just went there last week to get a wedding ring , Raj helped me a lot, he was great explaining everything and making sure I had the best experience, I will definitely come back !!!

Last edit to add! - Randall called today to let me know the new ring was in stock, walked in, immediately was taken care of by the wonderful Randall. It was a quick, headache free swap out. Still very satisfied with bringing my buisness to ashcorft & Oak and of course to Randall, i hope theres comission for him! Randall helped me find an upgrade for my hubby! There were many options, and im not very knowledgeable on men's rings but he helped me find the perfect upgrade! *Edit* Ended up getting wring size, like a doof, called over the phone, got ahold of Randall again, he helped special order the correct size. All in all, very happy and satisfied with the customer service here!
