My husband and I have always been a satisfied customers for over 20 years shopping with Terri from my wedding ring to all my up grades over the years. She always delivers as promised to find me the most beautiful ring. I have never had to shop outside of Rogers & Hollands because my family has always been satisfied with Terri outstanding service for our wedding anniversary. Beautiful Store. We have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Rogers and Hollands. Every time we walk in, the staff know who we are and are super friendly and helpful. Nas has helped us each time and made sure everything is perfect. This last piece we purchased, he made it possible for the ring to be resized that day and walk out the door with it. We Love Rogers and Hollands and will continue to purchase jewelry from them. and Nas is absolutely wonderful!

I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts!
