My fiancé and I went in to find a wedding band for him and the sales associate was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we entered at the Franklin Park Mall location, until the moment we left the store! She answered our questions, helped us choose the band that we loved and made sure to assist us in purchasing everything we needed. Rana and Kat truly are the best w company employee’s a company could ever have. They both made sure i was completely comfortable with everything, have an incredible amount of patience with my crazy crazy questions. i am truly so thankful that they were here and i would have lost my mind if they weren’t here. every other place i went to they tried to scam and made me extremely uncomfortable. but rana and kat are the complete opposite, they made sure we were in my budget and i was truly comfortable with what my fiance and I were looking at. i would highly recommend if you’re gonna go anywhere come here and look for rana and kat.
