Me and my partner went engagement ring shopping. This was the second store we looked at. Bill was very friendly and got us up to speed on what to know about diamonds, gold, and the like. Showed us a variety of rings so that my partner could get a good feel for how it felt on her hand. Came back after looking at several places in town and decided to go the custom route, which Johnathan helped me with. They asked me if I had a budget in mind, and stated they would try their best to work with that and did so. We went through several iterations with the artists designing the ring. We looked at diamonds together, online, and in person to pick the right center stone. The prices on their diamonds beat comparable diamonds from other retailers. They were very respectful, amenable, and pleasant throughout the whole process. The final product was a ring that my partner was very happy with. Would recommend to anyone!
