It was such a lovely experience.. I came in with my boyfriend to get a gift for my mother since her birthday is Monday.. Arlene was quick to help us out and started making us questions about my mother.. she was so joyful and fun and just made the experience 10x better… we will definitely be back especially after she was so generous to to gives us a $100 ticket/coupon that lasts til February of next year!!! Went in to The Mall At Robinson location. Michelle, the Assistant Store Manager, was very helpful. I needed my ring cut off for a upcoming procedure. She removed it for me very gently. I highly recommend Michelle and this location.

A huge shout-out to the team at this location. I get nervous with large purchases and was already anxious after visiting the other jewelers before arriving at Rogers and Hollands. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Christopher, Cady, and Jaxon. These three folks earned my trust right away due to their genuine interest to help and ensure we got what we wanted. Christopher provided us information about warranties, cleanings, protection plans, and setting styles. Information no other jeweler, in town, had provided. The company’s ring designer Brad was available for a consultation coincidentally around the time we walked in, Christopher and Cady helped coordinate an opportunity for us to meet on Teams with Brad, where he crafted the perfect engagement ring for my soon-to-be fiancé. After we designed our ring Christopher and his team were excellent in finalizing the transaction, and it was very cool that he gave us a large amount of spend $300, get $100 off coupons for our next purchase. Had an amazing experience at Ashcroft and Oak with Kat and Jason. My mom and I purchased 3 matching gold rings as a surprise for my sister on her wedding day (one for each of us).
