Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. We’ll be back soon to have Kimberly help us with future purchases.

I had the best experience here! Sheila and Jonathan were both so helpful and took their time finding us the perfect ring. Sheila even came in on her day off to make sure what we had ordered would come in. They felt like a family to us and we had a wonderful experience!

Armend was incredibly he helped us and was really knowledgeable the staff was really nice and considerate I recommend anyone to go here and I appreciate their time and effort.
