The customer service is wonderful. Dana chatted with me and cleaned my ring that was my grandmothers as I looked and tried on jewelry. Although I didn't make a purchase today, I will definitely be back! I used to be loyal to another jewelry store but stopped going based on the location being all the way in Joliet and then after driving out there has horrible customer service so glad I decided to stroll in to Rodgers & Hollands today! Dominique is the absolute best! We have been buying our jewelry from Roger’s and Holland for 15 years. Dominique has helped my husband and I pick out many pieces of jewelry. We love the knowledge she shares about colored stones and diamonds. She recently helped us with a custom 35th anniversary diamond ring. The knowledge and suggestions she made were spot on.
