A huge shout-out to the team at this location. I get nervous with large purchases and was already anxious after visiting the other jewelers before arriving at Rogers and Hollands. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Christopher, Cady, and Jaxon. These three folks earned my trust right away due to their genuine interest to help and ensure we got what we wanted. Christopher provided us information about warranties, cleanings, protection plans, and setting styles. Information no other jeweler, in town, had provided. The company’s ring designer Brad was available for a consultation coincidentally around the time we walked in, Christopher and Cady helped coordinate an opportunity for us to meet on Teams with Brad, where he crafted the perfect engagement ring for my soon-to-be fiancé. After we designed our ring Christopher and his team were excellent in finalizing the transaction, and it was very cool that he gave us a large amount of spend $300, get $100 off coupons for our next purchase.
