My girlfriend and I just LOVE coming here! Piper and Dan are an absolute Joy and Pleasure to work with. They are so helpful and knowledgeable at their jobs. We live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro and have gone to other R&H Jeweler stores in the metro area and the Rochester store is the one we keep coming back to. My wife and I went into the store multiple times so she could look at and try on diamond stud earrings. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted in the beginning and was looking at multiple pairs at multiple different stores. She finally settled on what she wanted finding 3 different sets at 3 different stores. All were similar in stone size, clarity, and setting. The difference was the people! Elijah and Delaney were incredible. Very helpful and kind. Explaining and answering every question my wife had. They were both incredibly patient and not pushy in the slightest. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience buying my wife her dream earrings.
