Well Theresa and her assistant were very friendly and professional with me. I've been with Roger's and Holland for 17 yrs and my wife have been with them even longer. There isn't any other Jeweler we rather go to. I've arrived here today and had both of our wedding bands for our inspection and in no time they were inspected, cleaned and returned to me. Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available. The salesman interacted with us while we were looking, showing interest in us. That’s what sold me—besides liking the watch that I bought!!
