I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts! The jewelers that helped me were very nice and helpful. I was quoted a price and the next day I came in the price had increased. They went above expectations to get me that same price.
