My girlfriend and I just LOVE coming here! Piper and Dan are an absolute Joy and Pleasure to work with. They are so helpful and knowledgeable at their jobs. We live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro and have gone to other R&H Jeweler stores in the metro area and the Rochester store is the one we keep coming back to. Totally worth the extra drive to work with Piper and Dan! We highly recommend everyone to go here. I’ve now been here a couple times and have bought two watches and I have had a pretty good experience overall. My first watch was sold to me by Madison I believe her name was and she was very nice to me but to be honest she wanted me to buy something more than I did. I came home on Black Friday that night with my first watch and I still have it and absolutely love it. I came back over a year later for my second one to be greeted by Madeline and Bill which they both felt pretty friendly to me. Madeline was very nice and Bill was super down to earth with me which I appreciate. I bought a watch and didn’t like it so I came back a few days later to exchange it for another Bulova which I love and it wasn’t too much of a hassle. I didn’t want to spend as much as I did but Bill found me the perfect watch so I bit the bullet. Overall I do like this place and do recommend it and the only reason for the 4 stars is because I did feel pressured at times to buy something but I do really like this place and the people.
