Had an amazing experience at Ashcroft and Oak with Kat and Jason. My mom and I purchased 3 matching gold rings as a surprise for my sister on her wedding day (one for each of us). Jason went above and beyond to ensure the rings arrived in time. I had excellent customer service while shopping for my fiancé 's engagement and wedding rings. Chad Long ( manager) worked with me for a week because I lived about 80 miles from Springfield, Illinois. The staff is very friendly and they have a very nice selection of jewelry products.
