Today I had a great experience with my jeweler Terri in Orland Park. I have been shopping with Terri for over 20 years. My husband and I have always been a satisfied customers for over 20 years shopping with Terri from my wedding ring to all my up grades over the years. She always delivers as promised to find me the most beautiful ring. I have never had to shop outside of Rogers & Hollands because my family has always been satisfied with Terri outstanding service for our wedding anniversary. I came in during summer time and talked to a lady named Patricia Srachta we talked about a ring and she told me when I’m ready to stop in. I came back months later and had the same talk with her and was able to purchase the ring. Very nice and helpful lady. Would definitely recommend coming here to get your rings

I was just passing through to inquire if they could Clean my Ring and also at the same time tell me what size my Ring finger is. My ring looks very nice. While there I also asked about clip in or something for adjustable ring sizing. They were also able to help me with that as well my ring fits so well. Even though I wasn't a customer today, I will definitely be back in the future. The young man that helped me was Gabriel. He was very helpful and polite.

Jessica and Kyle did a grade A job at helping us and making this experience as laid back and relaxed as possible. There was no pressure on us to do anything we didn’t want to do.
