I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts! My girlfriend and I just LOVE coming here! Piper and Dan are an absolute Joy and Pleasure to work with. They are so helpful and knowledgeable at their jobs. We live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro and have gone to other R&H Jeweler stores in the metro area and the Rochester store is the one we keep coming back to. Totally worth the extra drive to work with Piper and Dan! We highly recommend everyone to go here. Xavier was the soul of courtesy, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped me when I was so out of my depth matching a pendant with a necklace for my anniversary.
