17 yrs ago I came in with tears in my eyes because the jewelry store we purchased our rings from failed to tell me how small it would be after soldered together. Blamed on me. The jewelers that helped me were very nice and helpful. I was quoted a price and the next day I came in the price had increased. They went above expectations to get me that same price.
