A huge shout-out to the team at this location. I get nervous with large purchases and was already anxious after visiting the other jewelers before arriving at Rogers and Hollands. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Christopher, Cady, and Jaxon. These three folks earned my trust right away due to their genuine interest to help and ensure we got what we wanted. Christopher provided us information about warranties, cleanings, protection plans, and setting styles. Information no other jeweler, in town, had provided. The company’s ring designer Brad was available for a consultation coincidentally around the time we walked in, Christopher and Cady helped coordinate an opportunity for us to meet on Teams with Brad, where he crafted the perfect engagement ring for my soon-to-be fiancé. After we designed our ring Christopher and his team were excellent in finalizing the transaction, and it was very cool that he gave us a large amount of spend $300, get $100 off coupons for our next purchase. Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us.
