My girlfriend and I just LOVE coming here! Piper and Dan are an absolute Joy and Pleasure to work with. They are so helpful and knowledgeable at their jobs. We live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro and have gone to other R&H Jeweler stores in the metro area and the Rochester store is the one we keep coming back to. Totally worth the extra drive to work with Piper and Dan! We highly recommend everyone to go here. Had a great experience at the Belden Village store with Kimberly and Ryan. We went into this store to look for something for myself and my wife saw a ring she really liked. Kimberly showed us the ring as well as some others similar to compare it to. There was no pressure whatsoever and she took her time and answered all our questions. She was delightful to work with. After a much longer visit than I expected, we purchased the ring Kimberly showed us, a new ring for me and a necklace for my wife. Oh, and I did purchase what I originally stopped in to look at for myself. Ryan was also very helpful when I was looking for a new wedding band for me. He was able to find one, a bit unusual, that I would consider. I did purchase it. Kimberly and Ryan, in my opinion, went above and beyond to help us. Finished product was beautiful, great service, personable, enjoyable 7/30 /25.... Bought a G Shock watch for my husband, snd the service was amazing, a young lady who works on Wednesday, took my husband through all the settings, charged it, gave him printed instructions.
