They were very patient with me, I came back 3 times in the same day! I shopped other jewelry stores and even bought one somewhere else but my mind kept going back to this ring so I returned the other one and bought R&H ring instead. Came in to look at watches, was helped immediately by a very knowledgeable salesperson, but she also was willing to ask a colleague if it was something she didn't know.
