My husband and I have always been a satisfied customers for over 20 years shopping with Terri from my wedding ring to all my up grades over the years. She always delivers as promised to find me the most beautiful ring. I have never had to shop outside of Rogers & Hollands because my family has always been satisfied with Terri outstanding service for our wedding anniversary. Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available.
