I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts! Liz is absolutely amazing. Helped me and my daughter out A1 top notch she's so knowledgeable and not pushy. Update. I had to replace a ring. I used the insurance feature I bought. Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available. The salesman interacted with us while we were looking, showing interest in us. That’s what sold me—besides liking the watch that I bought!! Linda Oct 22, 2025
