Theresa and her team are the best. This is my favorite store of all the Rogers and Hollands. They are always nice to me when I come in. Theresa keeps me informed on the next sale and I always buy my jewelry from here!

His experience showed throughout the entire process, he went above and beyond, even reaching out to multiple people to find the exact diamond we wanted. We truly appreciate the care, patience, and dedication he put into helping us. Jocelyn was also fantastic, and her knowledge and friendly approach added to the experience. Me and my partner went engagement ring shopping. This was the second store we looked at. Bill was very friendly and got us up to speed on what to know about diamonds, gold, and the like. Showed us a variety of rings so that my partner could get a good feel for how it felt on her hand. Came back after looking at several places in town and decided to go the custom route, which Johnathan helped me with. They asked me if I had a budget in mind, and stated they would try their best to work with that and did so. We went through several iterations with the artists designing the ring. We looked at diamonds together, online, and in person to pick the right center stone. The prices on their diamonds beat comparable diamonds from other retailers. They were very respectful, amenable, and pleasant throughout the whole process. The final product was a ring that my partner was very happy with. Would recommend to anyone!

Our experience here was excellent. We came in o e day and looked at a ring that contained our son’s birthstone and a butterfly and then came back a few days later to get it. Our son had just passed away and this ring meant a lot to my wife. They were very receptive and kind while working with us on the purchase and made us feel like more than just a “customer” getting a product. The lady also showed my wife the cleaning cloth for silver and cleaned her earrings which was amazing. They brought a smile to our face which was not easy to do. We will be coming back for life!
