Several months ago, I stopped in to look at watches. Elliott assisted me showing me many different styles and I focused in on a particular Citizen. I didn’t purchase at that time thinking I would miss my Apple Watch. I have been looking at the watch online since then and went back to purchase it yesterday, 11/22/25. Great customer service! I have been looking for a watch for some time and didn’t want to order online. Roger & Hollands Jewelers ended up being the only place that had it in-stock in their store.
