Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available. The salesman interacted with us while we were looking, showing interest in us. That’s what sold me—besides liking the watch that I bought!!
