I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts! Great customer service! I have been looking for a watch for some time and didn’t want to order online. Roger & Hollands Jewelers ended up being the only place that had it in-stock in their store.
