The manager, Jim, is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are very helpful and will take the time needed to make sure you get exactly what you want. Any issues we have had in the past 16 years of doing business with them, have been resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. If you are looking for a jeweler who will provide excellent service during and after the sale with beautiful pieces, this is the place!
