Your new purchase can contain multiple items and can be any type of merchandise including watches*, gemstone jewelry & more!

• We accept all DIAMOND merchandise in platinum, palladium or any karat GOLD item, down to 10 karat as eligible trade-ins.
• We accept merchandise that was purchased from one of our stores OR from another Jewelry Store.
• This applies to jewelry in which all the stones are diamonds, or to jewelry that has a diamond center stone.
• Any other jewelry containing a mixture of diamonds and other gemstones is not accepted for trade-in.

Was the Trade-in item(s) purchased from us?

• Your trade-in value will be equal to your original purchase price.
  You may choose to accept a lower trade-in value if you wish to upgrade without spending twice your original investment.
• Your new purchase price must be double your trade in value.
• Ex: A new purchase of $400 qualifies for a trade-in credit of up to $200, leaving you to pay only $200.

Was the Trade-in item(s) purchased from another jewelry store?

• Your diamond jewelry will be evaluated to determine your trade-in value by bringing it to any Rogers & Hollands Jewelers or Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers Store location or by starting an online Chat. Any original paperwork you have about the item you are looking to trade-in, can help with the evaluation.
• Your evaluated amount can then be applied as credit toward your new purchase, up to 25% off.
• EX: A new purchase of $400 qualifies you for a credit of $100, leaving you to pay $300.
