Rogers & Hollands team went above and beyond by helping us special order a ring that combined qualities from two different rings he had tried on. One had the look he loved and another had the comfort he preferred. When the custom-ordered ring arrived, it ended up being darker than we expected. I love this jewlery store. They had a re-style event and I got my high school ring restyled and it turns out so good. Jenna and her district manager helped me pick out the new ring and my blue topaz stone looked incredible in it. The jewler they had made it look like it was brand new when he was finished. The level of customer service and professionalism is out of this world. This is the only jewelry store I will ever go to for any future purposes. They've got a lifelong shopper in me.
I'm leaving a 5 star only because I cant go higher. This store is the best jewelery I've ever been in. The environment is so warm, inviting, and friendly. The employees really make you feel like your the only person in there. I was picking out a wedding ring with my wife and Jenna the manager was helping us the entire time. She offered great input and help and was extremely patient while we were there. If your looking for a great jewelery store then look no further. We will only do our jewelery shopping here.

We had a great experience here with Jenna and Kara! They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were also able to do so in a way that didn’t make us feel pressured into anything. Went in to look at some necklaces and one of the workers, Kara helped me out. She is incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable on everything in that store! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for any kind of jewelry.
