Came in to get my jewelry cleaned for free and got information on how I can create my own custom engagement ring for my partner even if I brought my own gemstone from home. Learned all kinds of new ways to make a gift more personal and from the heart. The employee helping me was ashley. She was very polite patient and had answers to all my numerous questions and get good to not get rushed into buying a piece of jewelry or not be asked if I needed help just because I wasn’t buying that visit. Would recommend to anyone for a more personal touch to your gift at this location !

Ms. Jessica the manager, is truly the sweetest person ever. She always has a smile when I stop by for a FREE jewelry cleaning or just walking past the store!

Always friendly service and knowledgeable staff

I went in for a watch battery and ended up getting five ring sized. A link taken out and financed matching change for me and my girlfriend. Their prices are great, their knowledge is vast and their customer service is tip top. Now I won't let anybody I know go to a different jeweler. Even my friends in Florida I tell to go online because their prices are unbeatable!!

After initially working with Jason and Libby for my engagement ring, Jess worked with us on our bands to find the perfect compliment and fit. After a custom design for mine, and one right out of the case for my husband, we couldn’t be more thrilled with the end result. I swear by the protection plans offered, the warranty alone saved my engagement ring after an accident caused a near total repair to be needed. Jess stayed in communication with me, calmed my nerves, and provided exceptional customer experiences each and every time we popped in. Very thankful for the service given, and relationship formed. I couldn’t recommend her, and her store, enough.
